Juneteenth Proof Public Poster

Juneteenth Proof Public Poster

June 19th is the day celebrated as the emancipation of slaves in the United States in 1865 — 2 and a half years after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. 100 years later, MLK told us that white people needed to recognize our destiny and freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of every soul in earth. 54 years after that, we still are trying to reconcile this. We set up this poster on press and invited anyone to come by and pull a print to take home.

Printed in a very limited edition of 10. All proceeds benefit Proof Public.

Size: 12.5" x 19"
